Taris Extra Virgin Olive Oil

It is an olive oil with a delicious aroma, unique to the Edremit Bay region, quite fluid as a result of the effects it gets from the region where it grows, with a fresh fruit taste and grass smell. The characteristic feature of this oil is that a slight and temporary bitterness and burning sensation is felt on the palate and tongue tip. It has the Northern Aegean Olive Oils Geographical Indication Registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. The acidity is 0.8% maximum.
