Wolski Caponata Eggplant Appetizer 580ml

My mother used to make something very much like this, it was called "Poor Man's Caviar". This is very clsoe, and just as satisfying - tastes very home-made. Great on a Triscuit cracker, any cracked, and especially on rye bread! Highly recommended! I will be ordering more!!
